"Oracle Resources LTD, announced today that Chesapeake Energy Corporation has acquired Oracle Resources Oklahoma GP LLC and Oracle Resources Oklahoma LP which operates and owns working interests in wells and leasehold in over 35,500 acres throughout five counties in southern Oklahoma. Oracle's pipeline entity in these counties, Jet Transport LLC was also a part of this transaction. The effective date of this transaction is July 1, 2007."
