Management Team

	Bryan Pershern President and Chief Executive Officer Co-founded Oracle Resources, LTD in 1998. Bryan was the Chief Landman for Lear Petroleum Corporation (NYSE) from 1977-1985. He also has worked for Union Pacific Resources Company and Mobil (ExxonMobil), where he began his career in 1973. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
	George Ainsworth Executive Vice President Co-founded Oracle Resources, LTD in 1998. George began his career with Pennzoil in 1979 as an accountant. He spent 14 years as an independent consultant involved in all phases of acquiring, owning and participating in exploration and development drilling of upstream assets in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Wyoming. He worked as a Senior Landman for Snyder Oil Corp. and Union Pacific Resources. George has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, majoring in Accounting.
Advisors
	Bob Neuhoff Management Advisor Bob has been an active venture partner in all of Oracle Resources' projects since 1998. He and his family have been very successful in the oil business for over 40 years.
	Steve Plybon Geophysicist Steve has worked for several oil companies prior to becoming one of the "Unconventionals" - prominent in the origination of shale plays. He has a BS-Mathematics from the University of Colorado and an MS-Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines. He owns Denpeer Energy, LP. Steve has been a consultant and partner in several Oracle Resources ventures since 2003.
